World through Bobby's Eyes

♥ Grow & find another part of me ♥

I would like to name my 2017 as "The Year of Reconciliaton". Whilst I am trying the best to be the better me, there are heaps of issues to be dealt with. No worries mate this is a process - reconciliation - accountant term.

Bateau Bay & The Entrance NSW

The purpose of this trip was originally spending more meaningful time together for me and Markus and of course Bobby will come along. Just a few days prior to the trip, he decided to return to Germany for an unknown period of time. All booked, and we are ready to go, with the same initial purpose plus a bit farewell flavour blended.

Day #1 20 July - Arriving Airbnb house after work

Finished off the week at work and I met Bobby and Markus in his rented Kia Rio manual white little car. Bobby seemed to be excited in th car. With the company of the cappuccino chocolate biscuits gifted from his last landlord in Glebe, we safely arrived at the destination. Dark and cold, we greeted Sunny and Josie the dog, prepared the night. Great house, wasn't as warm as I expected.

The grandpa said Bobby is calm : )

Day #2 21 July - Easy Morning & Terrigal Heaven

Waking up from the sun, I slowly realised the tree house we are staying. It is incredibly quiet. Looking far, there are more trees then water. This little hilly area is amazingly beautiful that having coffee on the deck is just too good to be true.

What's in your little head Bob?

Met the chickens as well. Josie is a bit cool who didn't like interact with Bobby too much. At least Bobby enjoyed attempting to chase the chickens.

Hello again

Salad for breakfast then we headed off to Terrigal, suggested by Markus.

My breakfast time
Stop over at a shopping centre

Before we started heading south, we stopped at Cafe Mocha as recommended by Sunny. This is a little classic/typical cafe located in town of Bateau Bay. This cafe started the "charge extra for take away coffee cup" policy not long ago, and it encourages customers to use their own cups instead. I tasted my signature order - soy latte - well, I'm not impressed. Markus got a raw protein ball from it. Done.

We arrived Terrigal with the purpose of tasting Kemü Vegan Cafe. But before that, we walked around the dog park and climbed the hill after stopping for a very long chat with a golden retriever. I thought we might not be able to leave at some point.

By the water, we stopped for a little while and embraced the ocean, wind, sun, and love.

A quick visit to Kemü cafe where we met the beautiful family. On the way back, we visited Avoca Beach in the dark.

Bobby has got a lot of attention and pats today. "Oh my god he is so cute".

Day #3 22 July - The Entrance & Bamboo Buddha Cafe

For the first time in my life, we had done a professional relaxation massage at BodyLogic in the CBD of The Entrance. It is only 5 minutes driving distance from where we stayed. During the time of waiting, we each with Bobby hang out at the local market. It was pretty warm and sunny for that beautiful morning. At the market, Bobby successfully tasted a variety of treats from a doggie treat lady so we had to purchase one small Kangaroo stick for courtesy.

Just walked around the beach where families (kids) are having fun.

My 2nd time at The Entrance

After both of us finishing the massage, we decided to drive around and see anything randomly. Way south again, we got into Holgate to visit Bamboo Buddha Cafe.

Finished this day off with grocery shopping so that we can have more salad.

Bobby had received more attention and pats.

Day #4 23 July - Kemü & Avoca Beach Market

As the Kemü is not open tomorrow, we made our way for the steamed dumplings tasting. Other things we had are Buddha bowl, lasagna, all types of desserts, turmeric latte and tahini latte. Oh we are so full. Bobby has got two little carers when we had our meal, Marie and Kris.

Just for a photo, I wasn't tied up all the time

Driving south we arrived Avoca beach. Luckily it was the day for the market. Walked around the beach front after a lot of food tasting (& Bobby patting).

Day #5 24 July - Gosford & Ming & Ray Family Catch up

Cleaned up the house, we started going back to Sydney. We also needed find a radiology place for Markus so we made a stop at Gosford. The X-ray is not booked due to the time clash. But we had breakfast on the hill which has a lookout (forgot the name) attached to it.

Mindful eating

After Gosford, we started to head to Hurstville for X-ray appointment. It is free!

Met Ming at his place after his work form the day. We then went to Campsie for cold noodle for lunch. That was so yum. At good-bye session, he showed his appreciation to Markus and he values their friendship a lot.

I still managed to go to the swimming lesson, and we had dinner at Ray's place. Ahsaam prepared lentils soup, falafel, some veggies which I don't know. But they taste pretty good.

Well good night.

Well safe trip for tomorrow Markus. We will see you when you stop over at New Dehli - evidence below.

Hello the world
